You can book on a Focus Program at any time and you will not be invoiced until 90 days before your program date. At that time, you will be invoiced for the deposit (US$250.00 per person) and the balance will be invoiced 60 days before your program date.
To facilitate payment, we use Paypal which is a secure International Payment Processing Company owned by Ebay. This is a very simple procedure if you have a Paypal account. If you do not have an account, you may wish to log on to Paypal.com and check out the benefits of setting up an account. When you set up an account, it will have a limit to the amount you can pay which varies by Country with the U.S. having the highest limit. You can remove this limit by verifying the account (Paypal will provide details when you set up your account) which provides you with the ability to buy things online and pay by credit card through their secure payment system (very convenient). Every time you make a payment, Paypal will provide confirmation of the amount paid.
If for any reason you would prefer not to use the Paypal system, we offer an 'Alternative Payment' method (see link below) using your Bank to wire transfer the funds to our U.S. account in San Antonio, Texas. There is a fee for the wire transfer but we will absorb that. You simply tell your Bank to deduct the fee from the amount you are sending.
We do ask that when using this method, you transfer the total program cost as this will avoid duplicate transfer fees.
If you prefer to use this method, simply make your booking and in the comments box at the bottom indicate your preference to use the wire transfer method of payment. We will then contact you with the necessary information to make the transfer when it is due for payment.
No matter which system of payment you use, you are fully covered by our 'NO RISK' policy (see link below) and our 'CANCELLATION' policy (see link below). These policies protect you if some unforeseen event occurs preventing you from attending your program after making payments.
