With a stationary tank, you can either pay in advance or pay cash.

To pay in advance:
- You should go to the office and make a contract for this type of service
- Leave a specific quantity of Money on deposit (the quantity of money depends on the size of your stationary tank).
- Bring a copy of
- Proof of Address (electricity or telephone bill),
- Passport, FM2 or FM3.
- At that time you will tell them how often you want the truck to come and refill your tank.
- When the truck comes to fill your tank, they will give you a bill
you can pay at the bank or at the Gas Licuado offices within the next
10 days.
- You can order a fill-up or ask them to put in so many pesos worth ($500 pesos, por favor).
- Again, remember to give specific instructions on where your house is located, so they can find it.

To pay cash:

- Passport, FM2 or FM3.
- Then, you say how often you want the truck to come and refill your tank.

If you want to get gas for a cylindrical tank (cilindro), you just
have to call and ask for the truck to come and exchange a full tank for
your empty one (If you’re moving into a new house that doesn’t have a
tank yet, you should first go to a “ferretería” [hardware store] to buy
a cylindrical tank). The gas truck should come in about 30 to 40
minutes. You should give your address and your two cross streets…give
as many references as you can to help them find you…especially the
first time. (For instance, #71 Higuera, Ixtlahuacan, between Mamey and
Chiramoya near Villas de Ixtlahuacan. There is an Abarrotes on the
corner). The next time your cylindrical tank is empty, just call
again. It is better if you have two cylindrical tanks, then you will
be sure that you will never run out of gas. You will pay in cash
(pesos).
