If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking (see No Risk Policy for conditions), please send an email to bookings@focusonmexico.com and provide the following details:
- Focus Program date
- Name(s) of people booked
- Payment method used to book
- Amount paid
- Email address and phone number
We will verify the details and then contact you to confirm the amount and the method of issuing the refund, depending on your payment method. We will process the refund and send you a confirmation email with details. If, for any reason, you do not receive the refund within the time specified in the confirmation email, please contact us (per details in email) and we will follow up and get back to you immediately.
Our commitment is to process the cancellation as expeditiously as possible and to return your funds to you by the fastest method available.
Changing Dates:
If you need to change to a different program date, we are happy to assist you in this as well and you will receive a full credit towards the cost of your new program date price. We will arrange to 'transfer' your booking and send you a confirmation email.
