Many of the restaurants also have live entertainment, from Mariachi, Country, Jazz, Oldies, Ball Room, Irish, Rock & Roll, Big Band, and Easy Listening (you name it).Many well known artists, writers, poets, painters and actors live or visit here and quite often entertain in local establishments. You never know who you’ll meet. Don’t be surprised if you get to meet Ron Baker, who played guitar for Charlie Pride for years, and has teamed up with the sweet voice of Carol Bedford (a former U.S. Judge) - performing regularly at La Bodega. (This restaurant is a favorite on our program.) |
